Tizen SDK 2.2.1 released

Samsung has today updated the Tizen SDK to version 2.2.1. Based on the version number can be seen that it is primarily about bug fixes. But there are also a few new features.

In WebApps the pop-up animation should now run much more smoothly if the display between portrait mode and landscape mode is changed. In addition, it now supports Focus navigation to the host keyboard (with entries in the emulator using the keyboard of the PC).

Also eliminated is the query for permission as geolocation and other W3C Permissions. Also, bugs that are encountered in the use of Dynamic-Boxes are now fixed, so to resize, refresh and other operations work without optical errors.

  • ScrollView removed unnecessary computation

In the native range has been improved a lot. In addition Tizen also dominated new resolutions: 240×400, 320×480, 540×960, 600×1024 and 1080×In 1980. In order to support all resolutions in one app, you have to use the feature in the future http://tizen.org/feature/screen.size.all.
