Systen Tizen Tablet

The Tizen tablet from SYSTENA, which was presented recently (see here or,,de,Do 6. Apr 2017, 00:32,,en here) Is, probably will not be offered in Europe. Upon request, the manufacturer SYSTENA we got the following response:

Originally, our company is not a maker. So our tablet was not developed for consumers, but rather for research and development purposes, and thus we have only very few tablets.

We will planning to sell it as a build-kit that includes a building environment; we will also only be selling a limited amount to development manufacturers. Also, now we only plan to be marketing within Japan this time around.

This unfortunately also eliminates the hope of an early release of a Tizen device for end users. We are so we have to wait a little until it is finally over.
