Tizen SDK 2.3b ohne OSP Framework

For a little excitement among the Tizen developers just makes the finding that Samsung has probably decided to remove the OSP framework from the current Tizen SDK 2.3b. OSP is the native application framework that was used for the bada smartphones. Samsung has adapted it after the end of bada and Tizen to be there live, which made it very easy bada developers to port their apps on bada Tizen.

Whether this is a final decision, or if the OSP framework should be resumed at a later time in the SDK is not yet known to us.

Since it anyway but currently no Tizen device could run 2.3 on the open market on which such apps are then sometimes, the problem is far more of a theoretical nature yet. A much bigger problem for such changes is the excitement among developers that cause it. Not exactly helpful when trying to attract developers for its platform.
